SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ is an independent third-party company that arrives at our client's locations, unannounced, to randomly sample and test their hotel guest rooms and cruise line cabins immediately onsite to ensure that they have been properly cleaned and disinfected to meet specific standards. Once the guest room or cabin is cleaned and disinfected, it receives the SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ Seal across the door and jamb and as guests enter their room or cabin, they literally “Break the Seal” ensuring that their room has not been compromised since it was cleaned. Where ever you stay, insist that your room is SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™
Even years before the world was introduced to Covid -19 there was
H2N2 (1957) 1.1 Million Deaths Worldwide with 116,000 in the U.S.
H3N2 (1968) 1 Million Deaths Worldwide with 100,000 in the U.S.
H1N1 (2009) 575,400 Deaths Worldwide with 12,700 in the U.S.
Plus, an estimated 30,000 to 49,000 people die each year from flu related illnesses in the U.S. alone, with some 35 Million worldwide. Is it time to take protecting ourselves and loved ones more seriously and consistently?

BREAK THE SEAL!
STAY AND SLEEP WITH CONFIDENCE!
When you stay at a SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ Hotel or Cruise Line, you're assured that these companies and their staff have taken every precaution to insure that your room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected using Hospital Grade, EPA approved products and have been fully trained in the proper procedures to responsibly disinfect your room from top to bottom, every time it's cleaned.
Plus, every SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ room will have the SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ Seal across the door jamb after every cleaning. If the seal isn't in place or has been broken by anyone other than you, you should not enter the room until the room is disinfected again and sealed for your protection and safety!
HERE'S THE PROCESS
CLEANING AND DISINFECTING THE ROOM
Utilizing Hospital Grade products and procedures, the hotel staff will thoroughly clean and disinfect all
Hard Surfaces including:
Floors, Bathroom Tile, Tub / Shower, Sink, Toilet, Fixtures, Counter-tops, side Tables, Desks, Headboard (Frame if Padded), Mirror Frames etc.
Touch-Point items including:
Door Handles inside and out, Light Switches, Telephone, Remote Control, Television, Lamp Switches, Data Ports,
Coat hangers, Iron, ironing board frames, Mini Bar Handles, Drawer and Cabinet handles, etc.
Virtually anything a guest may touch will be targeted at random.
PLACING THE BEDDING ONTO THE MATTRESS
Utilizing Nitrile or Latex Gloves, cleaned and sanitized bedding is placed on the bed per the establishments normal protocol. All bedding including the mattress cover will be washed and sanitized every time the bedding is changed.
PLACING THE SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED SEAL ONTO THE DOOR UPON EXITING THE ROOM
Once all of the sanitizing and disinfecting steps are completed, upon exiting, the room door will be sealed with the SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ Seal. An unbroken seal lets you know that the room has been sanitized and disinfected, has not been breached, and is safe for occupancy.
Can You Assume That Your Room is Safe?
With some companies choosing to self-police their own cleaning efforts, will you feel confident that your room is safe?
We use State-of-the-art mobile Bio-testing equipment to immediately test every sample taken from each Guest Room or Cabin that we randomly choose at every Hotel, or Cruise Ship, monthly, to assure that every precaution is taken to ensure your safety!
All businesses that show the SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™ Seal on their website, social media pages, and all advertising must be certified, and licensed to do so by SAFE-ROOM CERTIFIED™
When you book your stay at any Hotel or Cruise Line it's probably safe to assume that they utilize premium disinfecting products and have implemented additional comprehensive cleaning and disinfecting protocols. But what's not safe to assume is that the cleaning staff consistently followed those protocols.

and Cruise Line randomly, without notice, every month, with surprise inspections to sample and test sealed rooms to ensure that they are providing the safest environment for you and your loved ones. We then instantly test each sample taken utilizing fully trained and certified technicians and state of the art bio-testing equipment, so there is no chance of contamination during shipping to a local lab.
